Bought this for my husband who just had emergency surgery with an ostomy placed, preparing to undergo chemo for colon cancer at only 49. My thought was to give him something fun that becomes somewhat of a comfort to him knowing it’s from his family. He loves it more than I expected he would! My fiance recently had to have a total proctocolectomy and illeostomy due to Chron's disease and Colon cancer. It's a terrifying experience and she is such a Warrior. When I gave her this bear she broke down crying - I didn't think it would have that effect on her. She said seeing the bear with his little bag makes her feel likes it's okay.
